Each piece is hand finished in England, with orders typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 4pm UK time, or at a weekend, begin preparation on the next working day. Every order is shipped with a fully tracked service, ensuring peace of mind from dispatch to delivery.

Priority Production moves your order to the front of our engraving queue, so it is made and dispatched sooner. The tracked shipping service and its transit time are the same as Standard — what you are buying is faster making, not faster postage.

❖ Duties and Taxes
United States: We cover all US import duties, tariffs and customs fees on your behalf, with nothing extra to pay at delivery.
Other Destinations: For orders outside the United States, import duties, VAT, or local taxes may be applied by the relevant customs authority. These fees are not included in your purchase price and, if applied, will remain the responsibility of the recipient. All parcels are dispatched with the necessary customs documentation to support smooth clearance.
If you are sending a gift abroad, we recommend informing the recipient in advance, as some countries require duties or taxes to be settled before delivery can take place.
❖ If Something Goes Wrong
Tracking says delivered but nothing has arrived: please check any safe places, with neighbours and with others in your household, as parcels often turn up within a day. If it has not appeared after 48 hours, contact us and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail.
A parcel that appears to be lost: Royal Mail asks us to allow 10 working days past the due delivery date for UK orders, and 20 working days for international orders, before an item is treated as lost. If your order is for a wedding or another dated occasion that is close, tell us — we will not wait, we will remake and resend it.
Changing your delivery address: we can change it any time before your order is dispatched, so please contact us immediately. Once dispatched the address cannot be changed, though we will attempt a Royal Mail redirect where one is available.
A parcel returned to us: if a parcel comes back because the address was incorrect or it was not collected, we will happily resend it once the delivery charge has been paid again. If it was returned through an error on our part, we will resend it free of charge.
