Matthew, the owner, provides one of the best customer service I have seen on Etsy. His work is quick, and he is so understanding when I told him I needed the set of cufflinks and tie clip sent as soon as possible to make it here in the United States from the United Kingdom in time for my wedding on September 27, 2026. He kept his words and shipped out immediately. I received my package in one week (it was stuck in customs for a few days which he is not responsible for, our country is just slow at processing). The items were beautiful and high quality. They have a heavy weight to them and did not felt cheap at all. You can tell he cares about his business and his customers. Overall, my experience was very postive and I have nothing but all positive words to say about this store.

Seller went above and beyond to ensure that the cufflinks I purchased for my fiancé for our wedding arrived on time. I accidentally made a mistake on my original order which was already shipped out the day before. I purchased a second set of cufflinks and seller worked on it right away and shipped immediately. Since it was coming from the United Kingdom, do plan ahead if you are planning to place an order. To clear customs in the United States took a few days and seller is not at fault for this because of the process it takes to clear something in my country. Item arrived in about one week. This is fast shipping coming from a different country. Seller was consistent in communication, understanding, and receptive to my requests. The design was luxurious compared some. Recommend and will purchase from again in the future.
