❖ How do I personalise my order?
Personalisation is built into every order. Simply select your preferred engraving design from the dropdown and enter your details in the boxes provided. It is quick and easy to customise your gift.
❖ Where is the engraving placed?
Engraving is carefully applied to the front face of the cufflink or tie clip as part of our signature design layout. We do not engrave the back. This ensures clarity, balance, and a refined finish when worn.
❖ Can I engrave something different on each cufflink?
To maintain visual harmony, the same engraving is applied to both cufflinks. This creates a beautifully balanced and considered result.
❖ What if I am ordering multiple sets with different engraving?
You can personalise each set individually. Customise one set at a time and add it to your shopping bag before starting the next. This is ideal for groomsmen, family members or special groups.
❖ Is engraving included in the price?
Yes. Engraving is complimentary on all items. There are no setup fees or extra charges. Personalisation is part of what makes each piece so meaningful.
❖ What happens if I make a mistake with the engraving?
We recommend double-checking initials, dates or names before placing your order to make sure it is exactly how you would like it.
Every engraving is reviewed by a member of our team before production. If you notice an error after checkout, contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.
❖ Can I use a custom wedding logo or monogram?
Yes. If you have a bespoke logo, monogram or crest, we can often engrave it depending on the design.

❖ Do you include a gift box?
Yes. Every item comes in our signature Moda London gift box. If you choose a gift set, the cufflinks and tie clip are packaged together in a single presentation box.
❖ Can I include a gift message?
Yes. Every order includes a gift card as standard. During the customisation process, you will be asked whether you would like us to print a message for you.
Printed messages are complimentary and appear in a handwritten style on textured card. If no message is entered, we include a blank card for you to complete yourself.
❖ Delivery & Dispatch
❖ When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Every order is sent with full tracking.
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
If you choose Express Shipping at checkout, we will prioritise your order and send it via the fastest available service.
❖ Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer fully tracked international shipping to most destinations. Delivery times vary depending on location.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are outside our control.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering, as delays or charges may apply. By placing an international order, you accept these conditions.

❖ Can I return a personalised item?
As each item is made to order, personalised pieces are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect.
If something is not right, just contact us and we will make it right.
❖ What are the cufflinks made from?
Each piece is crafted from solid stainless steel, finished in either 14 karat gold or silver.
This provides a smooth, polished surface with strength and resistance to tarnishing. All items are designed by us and hand finished in England.
❖ Will the engraving fade or wear off?
No. We use advanced laser engraving to permanently etch the design into the metal. Your personalisation will not fade, peel or scratch away. These pieces are made to last and be remembered.
