How do I place an order?

To place an order, you simply choose the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information and pay for your order. Make sure to complete all the steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to accept the payment and ship your order.

Was my order successful?

If money has been captured from your account, the order has reached us and will be processed by our warehouse. Your order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided when placing your order. You can also see your order status if you log in to your user account. How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible in order for us to change or cancel your order before it is shipped. .

Where can I enter my discount code?

Your discount code can be added to your cart. The discount will immediately be discounted from the total sum when applying the code. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.

Why did my order/payment fail?

If you are not able to pay with your debit or credit card, it is usually because your card is issued in another country than the one you are ordering from. Our payment system can highlight these transactions for security reasons to minimize online fraud. If you are not able to pay with your card, we recommend you to try another payment method, as for example Paypal .

From where is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. We aim to provide you with a Royal Mail tracking number within 1-2 business days.

What is the VAT and duty payment in my country?

This figure varies for every Country, please contact the local customs office in your Country for more information. Our free shipping does not include any customs, taxes, import duties, or other additional charges by your local government, therefore these are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that this is checked before placing an order as Moda London LTD will not be held responsible for any additional costs.

Is it possible to track my order?

You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

How do I return my purchase?

In the unlikely event of having to return one or more of our timepieces, you have the right upon return of the item or items to a full refund of any purchased products within 21 days of receiving your order. Please note that the timepiece or timepieces must be in the exact new condition as when receiving the product(s) for the first time from our warehouse. When returning timepieces, please pack the timepiece the same way it was delivered to you. The cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to Moda London Ltd will be the Customers responsibility. All returns and exchanges must be processed through www.modalondon.com using the order number and customer e-mail address.

Exchanges and faulty timepieces

If you want to exchange your product, please follow the return instructions above to send your watch back to us. You can make an exchange for a product of the same or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, we will make a refund and notify you when it’s done. You can place a new order with the new watch at any time. If you recieve a faulty watch please contact returns@modalondon.com with any and all issues and we will attempt to troubleshoot these problems. Failing this, return the watch to us and if the item is deemed faulty in line with our terms and conditions any return postage costs will be refunded to you within reason.
