We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been despatched. This will contain a tracking number, allowing you to track your delivery directly with the courier. Please note that it can take several hours from the despatch confirmation being received for the tracking number to be live on the courier’s website.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO, FPO,DPO & PO Box addresses.
If you are placing an order from outside of the EU, you may be subject to import fees upon delivery.
USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.
Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information
Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to Moda London, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty applies to items purchased directly from Moda London and covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the Warranty Period.
The warranty does not cover;
General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care, scratches, scuffs or chips, water damage, damaged caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party, lost or stolen goods or parts, fading, discolouration or deterioration within the Warranty Period. If the item is proven to be defective in material or manufacturing under normal use, Moda London will provide a like for like replacement, at no charge. If your item is not available, an alternative of equal value or similar style will be provided.
Any replacement item will be covered under a new Warranty Period from the date of issue.
The Warranty is void if a valid proof of purchase is not provided.
The Warranty Period
The Warranty Period for Moda London is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
