❖ Personalisation & Engraving

How do I personalise my order?

Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to be uniquely yours. Simply select your preferred engraving design and add your personalisation details during the order process.

Can I engrave different messages on each cufflink?

For a harmonious and balanced finish, the same engraving is applied to both cufflinks.

Can I submit a custom logo or personal design?

We welcome bespoke requests. Depending on your artwork, we may be able to engrave custom logos, crests, or monograms. Please submit your design via our Custom Logo Request page before placing your order.

What happens if I choose not to add engraving?

If no engraving is selected, your item will arrive with a beautifully clean and timeless finish. Understated, elegant and ready to gift.

Can I choose a different font for engraving?

To maintain design integrity, our engraving options use carefully curated, premium fonts. We are unable to offer custom font changes.

Can I preview what my engraving will look like?

Yes, a live engraving preview is available during personalisation. Please double-check spellings before confirming your order, as engraving is permanent once applied.

Does the engraving have colour?

No inks or dyes are used. The laser engraving process creates a soft matte contrast etched into the polished surface, which may appear lighter or darker depending on lighting.

Can I order multiple sets with different engraving?

Yes. Each item can be personalised individually and added to your basket one at a time.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes. During checkout you may add a gift message, printed in a handwritten style on luxury textured card. If no message is provided, a blank card is included for you to write by hand.

Will the recipient see prices on the packaging?

No. All orders are packaged discreetly without prices or invoices.

Can I edit my order after checkout?

If you need to make a change, please contact us promptly. We will do our best if the item has not yet entered production.

Can I change my engraving after placing the order?

Once preparation has begun, changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible and we will assist if we can.

❖ Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Each piece is hand-finished in England with great care.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes. All orders are shipped with full tracking for peace of mind.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We deliver worldwide, including the USA, Europe, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore and more.

Are duties and taxes included in international orders?

No. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer or recipient and may be due upon arrival in the destination country.

What if I am sending a gift internationally?

For gifts sent abroad, please inform the recipient that duties or import taxes may apply. These are not covered by Moda London.

I need my order urgently, what are my options?

Express delivery is available at checkout. If your deadline is close, please contact us, we’ll be happy to advise and assist.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect. For full details, please refer to our returns policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us right away with photographs and your order details. Our team will review and resolve this for you promptly and with care.

What materials do you use?

Our cufflinks are crafted from premium stainless steel, plated in 14 karat gold or fine silver, and hand-finished in England.

Will the engraving fade?

No. Our laser engraving is permanent and will not fade, peel or wear away.

How should I care for my cufflinks and tie clip?

After wear, polish gently with a soft lint-free cloth and store in the presentation box. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, fragrances, or excessive moisture.
